How do I care for my item?
- Keep your jewelry away from household chemicals, perfumes, lotions or hair products.
- Take off your jewelry before engaging in activities that might cause sweating or contact with water.
- Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or a soft pouch.
- Clean your jewelry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For gemstones, use a soft brush and mild soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry well.
- Gemstones are delicate, and sterling silver can scratch or dent. Handle your jewelry with care.
Remember, with proper care, your jewelry will continue to sparkle for years to come!
How do I find my order number?
Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If you are still unable to locate this email, simply email us at contact@psalmboutique.co
In your message, please include that you don't know how to find your order number and provide the following info:
- Full name and email address on the order
- Your shipping address
- The last 4 digits of the card used to place your order
- A screenshot of the transaction on your bank account
What are non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
